Is my account completely private?
Yes. We never ask for your real name. Your account uses a pseudonym only. Your billing statement shows a neutral descriptor that does not reference this platform. No third-party trackers are present on the site.
How do I change my path (Sissy / Awakening / Blended)?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Path. You can switch freely at any time — your tier, XP, and completed content carry over. Switching is celebrated, never gated or shamed.
What happens to my subscription if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that your account moves to the free tier — your data, progress, and journal are preserved.
How does the chastity XP bonus work?
While you have an active chastity session logged in your journal, every XP reward is boosted by 20%. The bonus is applied automatically — no action needed.
Can I pause my subscription?
Currently you can cancel and re-subscribe at any time. A dedicated pause feature is on the roadmap. If you need a short break, cancelling retains all your progress.
What is the honor system?
Honor tracks how faithfully you follow challenge rules you set for yourself. Completing a challenge earns +1 honor. Breaking a rule costs -2. Your XP scales with honor — lower honor means reduced XP on future challenges.
What is photo proof on challenges?
Some challenges require you to upload a photo to confirm completion — for example, a style challenge asking you to dress up. Your photo is stored privately and is only visible to you and platform administrators reviewing content.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All personal data is removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
I'm having a technical issue — what should I do?
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) and clear your browser cache. If the issue persists, contact us at support@theacademy.com with a description of the problem and your browser/device.
Is this platform safe to use on a shared device?
We recommend using a private browser window or a dedicated browser profile. We don't push notifications by default and don't show platform branding on your statement, but we can't control your browser history.
