Reporting infringing content

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g. direct URL).
  4. Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address. Counter-notices should be sent to the same address above.

Repeat infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
